Support Programs
St. Albert Parents' Place Association offers a number of support programs. You do not need to be a resident of St. Albert to attend most of these groups.
Support Groups include:
- Health for Two: Baby & You - A no-cost program for pregnant women and new mothers, who want:
- information about prenatal health and infant care
- nutrition information, milk coupons, prenatal vitamins
- support you can count on

- St. Albert Post Partum Depression Support Group - Are you a mother of an infant or a toddler and feeling sad, anxious and unable to cope?
You are not alone and support is available. For more information call St. Albert Mental Health at 459-2820.
- Women for Sobriety - This group meets weekly on Friday evenings from 7:30 – 9:00 pm. It is a way to recovery in dealing with alcohol and other addictions.
- Edmonton Twin & Triplet Club
- This group gathers at Parents’ Place the third Thursday of every month from 1:30 - 3:30 pm. If you have twins or triplets, pop on by to see what this club is all about.
