Program Registration and Cancellation Policy
Registration

Registration is taken on a first come, first
served basis.

Full payment is required upon registration. (No exceptions)

Payment can be made in person (cash, cheque
or VISA) or by phone (VISA).

NSF cheques are subject to a fifteen dollar
($15.00) service charge.

The children’s programs are targeted to various ages and are therefore strictly
adhered to. This ensures that your child is taking part in a program that is
developmentally appropriate for their age level. Please see our program guide
for further information.
Please note: Subsidies are available for some services. Please call for more information.
Cancellation

It is necessary to notify Parents' Place five working days prior to the beginning of any course to receive a partial refund. A ten dollars ($10.00) administration fee will be charged. (“Discover & Learn” is excluded from this policy)

Registration and cancellation of "Discover and Learn" and the childcare component for the parenting courses must be made by 12:00 noon the previous working day. No refund will be offered for cancellation of these programs. You will receive a credit valid for 90 days.

St. Albert Parents' Place reserves the right to combine, postpone or cancel classes due to insufficient registration. Course cancellations may occur due for reasons beyond the control of St. Albert Parents' Place. Full refunds will be issued if the course is cancelled due to insufficient registration.
