Program Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration

Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis. 


Full payment is required upon registration. (No exceptions)


Payment can be made in person (cash, cheque or VISA or Mastercard) or by phone (VISA or Mastercard).


NSF cheques are subject to a forty dollar ($40.00) service charge.


The children’s programs are targeted to various ages and are therefore strictly adhered to. This ensures that your child is taking part in a program that is developmentally appropriate for their age level. Please see our program guide for further information.


Please note: Subsidies are available for some services. Please call for more information.


Cancellation

It is necessary to notify Parents' Place five working days prior to the beginning of any course to receive a refund. A ten dollars ($10.00) administration fee will be charged and is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued less than 5 wroking days prior to the course start date. 


Registration and cancellation of "Discover and Learn"  must be made by 12:00 noon the previous working day. No refund will be offered for cancellation of this program, however your child will be moved to another date.


St. Albert Parents' Place reserves the right to combine, postpone or cancel classes due to insufficient registration. Course cancellations may occur due for reasons beyond the control of St. Albert Parents' Place. Full refunds will be issued if the course is cancelled due to insufficient registration.
